Veteran Latin singer/actor RUBEN BLADES is heading back to the small screen in the upcoming spin-off of U.S. zombie drama THE WALKING DEAD.
The Panamanian star has landed a deal as a series regular on Fear The Walking Dead, a companion series to the hit programme.
The spin-off, which has already been picked up for two seasons, will be set in Los Angeles and focuses on new characters and storylines.
Blades joins previously announced cast members including Kim Dickens, Mercedes Mason and Cliff Curtis.
The project marks Blades’ first TV job since 2001 medical drama Gideon’s Crossing.
Fear the Walking Dead is set to premiere this summer (15).
