Sage Stallone, 36, was found dead at his home in the Hollywood Hills in July (12) and now the Los Angeles County Coroner has determined the actor/producer died of natural causes.
The experts have ruled out an overdose revealing no drugs were found in his system at the time of death.
His movie star has been struggling with grief ever since the tragedy, but he recently confessed he’s working past the worst of it, explaining, “It’s tough. It’s very tough… It’s a horrible situation. Time, hopefully, will heal, and you try to get through it, but it’s just something. It’s a reality of life. I think it’s important to get back and start reliving your life. Otherwise, you can go into a spiral.”
