Biography

Salli Saffioti was an actress who starred in a number of impressive television shows. Saffioti made acting appearances on "NYPD Blue" (1993-2005), "Chicago Hope" (CBS, 1994-2000) and "ER" (NBC, 1994-2009). She also appeared in "In the House" (UPN, 1994-97) and "Crisis Center" (NBC, 1996-97). Several more television roles followed in the nineties and the early 2000s, including stints on "For Your Love" (1997-2002), "Good News" (UPN, 1997-98) and "The District" (CBS, 2000-04). She also appeared in "Crossing Jordan" (NBC, 2001-07) and "The Agency" (CBS, 2001-03). More recently, she tackled roles on "Miss Match" (2003-04), "The Handler" (CBS, 2003-04) and "In Plain Sight" (USA, 2007-2012). Saffioti took on film roles in more recent years, appearing in the comedy "A Day Without a Mexican" (2004) with Yareli Arizmendi, the Malin Akerman smash hit action film "Watchmen" (2009) and the dramatic adaptation "Rabbit Hole" (2010) with Nicole Kidman. Most recently, Saffioti appeared on "Last Week Tonight With John Oliver" (HBO, 2013-).
