Biography

Exotic actress Sarah Shahi earned a following after a pair of turns on two of cable television's most acclaimed and controversial series. She was the Mexican-American DJ romanced and dumped by her lesbian lover on "The L Word" (Showtime, 2004- ), and she played a savvy stripper who enjoys a peyote-fueled fling with Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini) in the final season of "The Sopranos" (HBO, 1999-2007). The widespread exposure that came with both parts, combined with her earthy sexuality - which was captured in several mens' magazine spreads, such as Maxim - made her a favorite among male viewers and Internet surfers.
