Sean Garrett hit with additional damages in labour lawsuit with former employee

Producer SEAN GARRETT has been dealt another legal blow in his labour lawsuit with an ex-bodyguard after a judge ordered him to pay an additional $65,000 (£40,625).
Everitte Quarles filed suit against Garrett in a Georgia court in 2010, claiming he was never paid overtime when he worked for the hitmaker between 2005 and 2009.
Quarles also alleged he had developed health problems because of the stressful work hours, and in May (15), he was awarded $65,498 (£40,936) in compensatory damages.
Last week (ends26Jul15), a judge ordered Garrett to pay an additional $65,498 to Quarles after determining his testimony, claiming he hired the bodyguard as an independent contractor and not a full time employee lacked credibility, according to TheJasmineBrand.com.
