Shia LaBeouf recently tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Mia Goth, but it turns out the knot might not have been tied as tightly as they originally thought.
On Monday, the couple had a classic Vegas wedding that was officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator, but the wedding wasn’t actually legal. The couple don’t have a marriage license.
According to a Twitter post from Clark County, Nevada (apparently counties have a social media presence now), the $700 marriage was a no go — at least legally.

Though the commitment ceremony might have not resulted in an actual marriage certificate, it’s still a pretty serious public affirmation of love. We back it. Who knows? Maybe a marriage certificate is on the way. If not, how many of you can say you’ve had a classic Vegas wedding?
