Stanley Van Beers
Stanley Van Beers was a big screen film actor known for powerful performances. Beers marked his early career with roles in "Cry, the Beloved Country" (1952) and "The Adventures of the Scarlet Pimpernel" (1955-56). Beers next focused his career on film, appearing in the dramatic adaptation "The Dam Busters" (1955) with Richard Todd, the horror movie "The Creeping Unknown" (1956) with Brian Donlevy and "The Angry Hills" (1959) with Robert Mitchum. Toward the end of his career, Beers acted in the Robert Hutton comedy "The Man Without a Body" (1959).
