Tamela J Mann
Actress-musician Tamela J Mann made a splash in Hollywood both on and off-screen for a decade. Mann kickstarted her acting career in comedies like "Kingdom Come" (2001) with LL Cool J and Jada Pinkett Smith and the Kimberly Elise film "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" (2005). She worked in series television while getting her start in acting, including a part on "Tyler Perry's House of Payne" (2006-2012). She also worked in film during these years, including a part on the comedic adaptation "Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns" (2008) with Tyler Perry. Mann focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Tyler Perry comedy adaptation "Tyler Perry's Madea Goes to Jail" (2009), the dramatic adaptation "Madea's Big Happy Family" (2011) with Tyler Perry and "Sparkle" (2012) with Jordin Sparks. Most recently, Mann worked on "Celebration of Gospel" (2013-14).
