‘Terminator’ Director McG Supports Christian Bale

It’s been a rough few weeks for Christian Bale. First, his arrest for allegedly assaulting his mother and sister followed by reports of acting out on the set of Terminator: Salvation.

Today during a Comic Con press conference, his Terminator director McG addressed rumors of misconduct saying, “Just for the record, he’s a big hearted good guy.”

McG went on to say, “I’m delighted to speak about Christian…He is the most professional, passionate actor you are ever going to find. I mean it is just that simple…Bale is just all about the work. He loves his wife, he loves his child, he loves being an actor. He’s not interested in materialistic things. He wants to come to work prepared.”

Bale stars as John Connor in the fourth Terminator in the franchise.
