Biography

Terry Ellis was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Additionally, Ellis appeared on-screen in "Terrible Joe Moran" (CBS, 1983-84) and the Nick Nolte comedy "Teachers" (1984). Several more television roles followed in the eighties and the nineties, including stints on "A Different World" (NBC, 1987-1993) and "Roc" (Fox, 1990-94). She also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the Val Kilmer blockbuster action flick "Batman Forever" (1995). She held additional roles in television including a part on "The Wayans Bros" (1996-99). Most recently, Ellis appeared in "En Vogue Christmas" (Lifetime, 2014-15).
