The Alarm star Mike Peters planning trans-Atlantic dash for Record Store Day

The Alarm frontman Mike Peters will attempt to pull off a trans-Atlantic tour in 24 hours to mark Record Store Day on Saturday (21Apr18).
The 68 Guns rocker will hit stores in London, New York and California to promote his band’s limited edition eight-song EP Where the Two Rivers Meet.
His jet-setting weekend will begin with a listening party at Diverse Music in Newport, Wales before he hops on a plane and flies to the Big Apple for an appearance at Looney Tunes Records in Babylon, Long Island. The day will end with another in-store at Fingerprints Records in Long Beach, California.
Peters is planning to perform at each stop and he’ll capture the day on camera for an “on the run” video.
“The 24-hour Transatlantic Tour marks the start of a very exciting new era for all of us in the Alarm community, and I hope each and every fan will enter into the spirit of the times and step forward to take part in these new Alarm adventures,” Peters says.
