emma watsonEmma Watson told everyone she dropped out of Brown University so she could concentrate on her acting career without having to worry about schoolwork. However, it seems there was more to it. An insider told the New York Daily News that whenever she was in class, she would participate by correctly answering questions posed by the professor and making it clear to everyone that she was “really smart.” However, Watson’s classmates would often “respond to her answer with a quote from Harry Potter. The most popular choice was “Three points for Gryffindor!” Additionally, on her personal blog, Watson described being “stalked” by Harvard students when she attended the September 9th Brown vs. Harvard football game and had to sit between two security guards. – NYDN

Mel Gibson spoke to a reporter from Deadline, and the two of them talked about the tapes that his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva released, and the future of his acting career. On the possibility that his career might have ended after stories of possible antisemitism surfaced, he said, “I could easily not act again. It’s not a problem.” He also considers Grigorieva’s decision to tape him on the phone was a “personal betrayal.” – Deadline
