Gaga shared her story while speaking at a school conference in LA called It’s Our Turn, after a girl admitted to struggling with body issues and asked the superstar how she got to be so confident. It was then that Gaga admitted, “I used to throw up all the time in high school. So, I’m not that confident. I wanted to be a skinny little ballerina, but I was a voluptuous little Italian girl whose dad had meatballs on the table every night.” However, she stopped the unhealthy act once she learned the stomach acid was having a negative impact on her vocal chords. She went on to say, “Weight is still a struggle. Every video I’m in, every magazine cover, they stretch you – they make you perfect. It’s not real life … I’m gonna say this about girls: The dieting wars have got to stop. Everyone just knock it off. Because at the end of the day, it’s affecting kids your age. And it’s making girls sick.” Preach, Gaga! Preach! – Page Six

At long last, Paul McCartney has joined his fellow Beatles bandmates Ringo Starr, George Harrison, and John Lennon on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The singer was honored with the 2,460th star as a way to represent his many contributions to the music industry. McCartney was both overwhelmed and humbled by the experience, saying, “Way back in history, in Liverpool when we were kids and we were listening to Buddy Holly and all the rock ‘n’ roll greats, I would have never thought that the day would come when I’d be getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. That was like an impossible thing to happen. But here we are today, and it’s happening.” Congratulations, Paul; it’s well deserved! – E!

What do you get the woman who has everything, including an already famous baby? Well, if you’re Gwyneth Paltrow you buy your good friend Beyoncé a top of the line Bugaboo Cameleon stroller, priced at a whopping $979 (only the best for Blue Ivy, right?). Although I doubt it’s going to get much use given that this kid will probably be carried around for the majority of her childhood – and maybe even into adulthood – it’s a very thoughtful gift. – Us
