The Daily Shuffle: Lindsay Lohan Loses $10,000 In Cash

linday lohanProving it’s impossible for her to have a drama-free weekend, Lindsay Lohan‘s $5,000 Chanel purse was stolen while partying in Hawaii. And to make matters worse, the purse contained $10,000 in cash. The upside is the purse was eventually returned to the actress, but the downside was that all the cash was gone (there goes a chunk of her Playboy commission). But it wasn’t the cash Lilo was most concerned about losing — it was her passport. According to TMZ, Lohan was petrified she’d be stranded in Hawaii without her ID — forcing her to miss her court date in L.A. Wednesday morning and potentially end up back in jail (again). Thankfully, her passport and court documents were still in her purse upon its return. But the starlet may want to think twice before carrying so much cash on her again. – TMZ

Known to most as the greatest actress in the world, Meryl Streep appears on the January cover of Vogue and admits she thought her career was over 20 years ago, since she kept receiving offers to play a witch after turning the big 4-0. But fortunately for us, Streep has done anything but slither away from the spotlight. In fact, even at 62 years old, she continues to wow us with her craft, and she’s about to portray the British Prime Minster, Margaret Thatcher, in the upcoming film Iron Lady. – Access Hollywood

Ashton Kutcher is still uncertain what his New Year’s Eve plans will be, but one thing’s for sure — he won’t be spending it with Glee star, Lea Michele. The onscreen love interests were recently chatting about their holiday agendas when Michele offered, “Why don’t you come celebrate with my big Italian family and me? They would die.” But Kutcher seemed less than interested in the idea and side-stepped the question by saying, “I don’t know where I’m going to be on New Year’s, I haven’t sorted it out.” In other words — he’s just not that into her. – NYDN
