Tim Curry Reportedly Suffers a Stroke

Credit: WENN

A prominent presence in Hollywood for four decades and counting, Tim Curry might be most recognizable to you as the duplicitous butler from Clue, the voice of the maniacal smog in Fern Gully, or (most likely) the larger-than-life antihero Frank-N-Furter at the head of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. DailyMail reports that the 67-year-old character actor suffered a stroke on Thursday night at his home in the Los Angeles area.

However, Curry’s reps assure DailyMail that the show business mainstay is “doing great” in his recuperation, adding that he “is recovering at this time and in great humor.” Reps continued to denounce any reports that Curry might be suffering from speech debilitation following the episode.
