Madam Secretary star Tim Daly has confirmed reports suggesting he broke both his legs in a skiing accident.
The 60-year-old actor broke his right ankle and left knee after falling on the slopes at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah.
“HUMANS!!! Broke my right ankle and left knee skiing. Simultaneously! How’s that for talent?” he tweeted on Wednesday (25Jan17). “I’m all good.”
Sources tell WENN Tim’s injury will be worked into the script of his hit TV drama, in which he plays the husband of his real-life girlfriend Tea Leoni’s Secretary of State character.
He was scheduled to have surgery on Wednesday, and will need between six to eight weeks to fully recover.
