Todd Rundgren & Donald Fagen attack President Trump in new song and video

Rocker Todd Rundgren has slammed U.S. leader Donald Trump and the right-wing media in a powerful new song and video.
The promo for Tin Foil Hat, which was co-written by Steely Dan’s Donald Fagen, features a TV newsman called Bill O’Rangutan – a not-so-subtle jab at fired Fox News Channel host Bill O’Reilly – and includes a series of lyrical digs at the President.
Fagen, who sings lead on the track, sings, “He hasn’t got the time for losers/Unless they do as he commands/He’s writing cheques to his accusers/With his tiny little hands.”
Fagen and Rundgren also attack White House advisor Steve Bannon and Chief of Staff Reince Priebus.
Rundgren says, “The song was primarily driven by our common frustration with what happened in the recent election. It was still pretty fresh, and we were still pretty mad about it, so it happened pretty organically.”
Meanwhile, Rundgren has urged Trump supporters not to attend his gigs, because “you won’t have a good time”, adding, “I guarantee that in this show, if you’re a Trump supporter, you will likely be offended… If you can’t take a joke, or you can’t admit that you’ve made a mistake, you don’t belong with the rest of us.”
