Barry Carpenter and Chad Dojack will appear in court on 16 November (09) and 12 January (10) respectively, when they’ll face the felony charges against them.
The two cops are also accused of taking items from the Martins Ferry home of the woman who recently gave birth to twins girls for Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick.
Both men have pleaded not guilty.
