Victoria Silvstedt would love to see Donald Trump’s wife in the White House

Model Victoria Silvstedt is hoping Donald Trump has a shot at becoming America’s next leader because she thinks his wife would make a great First Lady.
The former Playboy playmate was Melania Trump’s roommate back in the day and she’s sure her old pal can bring a little glamour back to Washington, D.C.
“I’m just hoping that she (Melania) ends up living in the White House,” she says. “We lived together for almost a year in Paris, about 20 years ago, when we both were starting our careers. I came fresh out of Sweden, and she came from Slovenia, and we really bonded, she’s wonderful.
“She’s very respectful, classy. America isn’t only about America. She’s a foreigner, and that’s what makes America great. She represents that woman.”
And Victoria insists her “cool” former roommate would really style up the White House: “She’s also a very classy dresser,” she adds. “Not that the White House hasn’t always been glamorous, but… she’s definitely a style icon. She always looks amazing. I know that designers probably already want to dress her… She’s so beautiful and graceful.”
But Melania does have one weakness – for ice-cream.
“I remember we used to run up and down the stairs because we had eaten too much ice-cream. We moved twice together, but our apartment was in one of those old buildings with no elevators, so we had to run up and down to burn all the calories. She was always very disciplined.”
Victoria hopes her old friend will remember her if she becomes America’s First Lady – and invite her to the White House: “I would not say no to that,” she smiles.
Donald is the clear frontrunner to land the Republican Party’s vote for presidential candidate and he will take on either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders, both Democrats, for the leadership post in November (16).
