Rihanna‘s music video for “You Da One” is out today, and it’s amazing to see how the relatively innocent lyrics of the song are countered with girlfriend’s SERIOUS pelvic gyrations. Granted, the provocative simulations aren’t anything new to music videos (or to real life, for that matter), but the movements are so thoroughly present throughout the video that we don’t even have the brain matter to even praise the Clockwork Orange attire, or all the playing card references, or the fishnet bodysuit. Overall though, it’s a stellar exhibition of creativity, sexuality, and of the extreme satisfaction that comes when you learn how to spell out words with smoke from your doobie.
