Whitney Houston Song Forces Plane to Make Emergency Landing

Whitney Houston Plane

Whitney Houston caused an American Airlines flight to make an emergency landing in Kansas City — but not in the way that you would expect. An unnamed passenger who would not stop singing Houston’s 1992 classic “I Will Always Love You” was arrested and escorted off the plane after irritating the crap out of everyone for hours.

According to The Independent, the woman began singing the extremely difficult ballad shortly after takeoff and the endless rendition continued for the entire first half of their flight. A federal air marshal intervened after countless passengers and crew members complained that the singing was unbearable. Airport spokesman Joe McBride told Kansas City news station KCTV 5, “The woman was being disruptive and was removed from the plane for interfering with the flight crew.”

One passenger managed to snag a video of the Whitney-wannabe as she was being escorted off the plane in handcuffs — but the show must go on! The woman continued to serenade the passengers with her less than sensational voice as she made her exit off the plane.

Take a look at the video below to see the passenger’s Houston tribute and then take to the comments with your most horrible travel tales.
