Clint Brewer filed legal papers in a California court last week (ends26Mar10), claiming he was “pushed in the back” by the Wedding Crashers star as he walked up a flight of stairs in Santa Monica on 5 December, 2008.
According to the court documents, a fight ensued involving both brothers, and the snapper “sustained severe bodily injuries, a portion of which are permanent”.
He is seeking damages of $500,000 (£333,335) and medical expenses totalling $3,251.10 (£2,167.40), reports TMZ.com.
