For everyone still reeling over the infamous episode of Game of Thrones, still unable to stop yelling “Hold the door!” to your friends as you’re walking literally anywhere, here’s something that will pique your interest — a Hodor doorstop.
There’s not much to say about this one other than you can bring Hodor home to hold your door.
According to the creators, who admittedly know more about Westoros history than actual history, they created this doorstop “as a tribute to this oversized and simple-minded hero.” Currently, the design is being brought to life by a group of designers who have over 20 years of combined experience. Basically, all they need is the actual rights from HBO, and they’re good to go (all backers will be refunded if they can’t work it out with the network).
At the time of writing, the Hodor (Hold The Door) doorstop currently has over 1,000 backers on Kickstarter and already pulled in $60,000 more than their $5,000 goal.
