Actor Zachary Knighton quickly impressed television audiences as Dave Rose on the hit comedy series, "Happy Endings" (ABC, 2011-13). Long before landing the role that would make him famous, the actor had earned his stripes by popping up in small, yet still endearing roles in films, and especially in guest roles on popular hit series like "Ed" (NBC, 2000-04) and "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010). In 2004, he scored a leading role opposite Julia Stiles in the little-seen film "The Prince and Me" (2004), and the next year snagged a starring role on the series "Life on a Stick" (Fox, 2005), but both projects flew under the radar. After Knighton co-starred on the ambitious but short-lived sci-fi series "FlashForward" (ABC, 2009-2010), he scored his biggest mainstream audience to date with the quirky sitcom, "Happy Endings." A veritable scene stealer amidst an impressive ensemble often compared to NBC's seminal "Friends" (1994-2004) cast, Knighton shone brightly as comic talent to watch.
