British dance stars Goldfrapp have disappointed fans in Denmark by axing a show in Copenhagen. The electronic duo, fronted by Alison Goldfrapp, was due to perform in the city on 31 July (14) but they have now called off the concert and apologised to fans. No reason has been given for the cancellation.
A statement posted on Goldfrapp’s Facebook.com page reads, “Due to circumstances out of our control, we unfortunately need to cancel our performance at Tivoli Concert Hall in Copenhagen on July 31. We were looking forward to the show and apologise to our Danish fans. All ticket holders can be refunded at their original point of purchase.”
