Greg Hetson files for divorce

Rocker Greg Hetson has filed for divorce from his wife Alia. The Bad Religion guitarist is currently locked in a restraining order battle with Alia after both alleged abuse against each other.
Last month (Jul13), Alia, accused the rocker of throwing her to the ground during an explosive argument and was granted a protective order against him.
The rocker shot back with his own allegations of abuse and theft claiming Alia beat him with a coat hanger and stole $18,000 (GBP12,000) from their joint bank account and filed his own restraining order against his estranged spouse.
In the divorce documents, Hetson cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, and he wants to block the court from awarding Alia spousal support, according to TMZ.com.
The former couple has been married for two years and have no children together.
