Rapper Mase filed for divorce from his wife Twyla Betha in January (14) before urging officials to dump the request just weeks later, according to a report. The hip-hop star – real name Mason Betha – cited irreconcilable differences when filed for divorce in Georgia at the beginning of the year, alleging he had been separated from his wife of 12 years since August, 2013.
Mase – who has released a self-help book series about successful marriages – also requested full custody of their two children and wanted his wife to pay him child support, but he changed his mind weeks later and filed papers to dismiss the divorce petition on 13 February (14), according to a report by TMZ.com.
