Passion Pit frontman Michael Angelakos has been hit with a $70,000 (£53,800) lawsuit over unpaid legal fees.
Attorneys at Cohen Clair Lans Greifer Thorpe & Rottenstreich LLP claim they are still owed $69,800 (£53,700) after helping the singer/songwriter divorce Kristy Mucci in 2015.
According to The Blast, Angelakos allegedly stopped paying his legal fees in 2016 and refused to pay his $5,500 (£4,200) balance. The lawyers are seeking the balance, plus interest.
