Miranda Kerr abstaining from sex before marriage to Snapchat mogul

Miranda Kerr and her billionaire fiance Evan Spiegel are swearing off sex until they are married.
The 33-year-old Australian model met Snapchat co-founder Evan, 26, in 2014, and the loved-up couple are planning to wed later this year (17).
However the star, who shares six-year-old son, Flynn, with her ex-husband, actor Orlando Bloom, says she and her beau have yet to take their relationship to an intimate level as his traditional beliefs mean they are saving themselves until after they become husband and wife.
Chatting with a journalist from British newspaper The Times, Miranda turned the conversation to birth control, candidly revealing she did not use protection but was not looking to have another baby, “until after we get married”, adding, “My partner is very traditional.”
The interviewer then sought to clarify whether this meant she and Evan were having sex, she explained, “We can’t…I mean we’re just waiting.”
Despite Evan being the world’s youngest self-made billionaire, Miranda admitted she did not have a clue who he was when they first met at a Los Angeles dinner organised by executives at fashion brand Louis Vuitton.
“I was like, ‘He’s cute… but he’s way too young to take seriously’,” she explained. The pair chatted and got to know each other before Evan shocked the model by abruptly announcing he had to leave as he had an important business meeting early the next morning.
They stayed in touch however, and their relationship blossomed over a few months.
“It was slow and steady,” Miranda continued. “I was like, ‘is he even interested?’ But once I let him know I was interested, he was very interested.”
Gushing about her beau and his business, a social media app now valued at around $20 billion (£16 billion), she added, “He’s very mysterious. And he’s very in the moment. And that’s exactly what his brand represents. I couldn’t be more proud of Evan and what he’s achieved. He’s put his heart and soul into something he really believes in.”
