The teenage star of acclaimed Dutch film PRINCE has reportedly been arrested in the Netherlands.
Ayoub Elasri, 17, is said to have been detained by police in the Dutch capital of Amsterdam on suspicion of getting into a fight with another youngster, reports the New York Post’s gossip column Page Six.
No further details were available as WENN went to press.
The news comes just days before Sam de Jong’s coming-of-age drama hits cinemas in the U.S. on 14 August (15).
The film premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in Germany earlier this year (15) and won a special mention in the event’s competition aimed at younger viewers.
