Who's That New 'Dr. Who?'
The BBC's cult time-travel series Doctor Who has found their new Doctor. Problem is, no one knows WHO he is. Not yet, anyway. Matt Smith, a virtual unknown, has been named as the 11th actor to portray The Doctor, according to the BBC News.
