Blonde American actress Charlotte Wynters made her talkie debut as Nina in D.W. Griffith's final film, The Struggle (1931). Wynters spent the rest of her career freelancing at every major studio, and not a few of the minor ones. Either by accident or design, she essayed supporting parts in several B-film series, including Warners' Nancy Drew, MGM's Andy Hardy, RKO's The Falcon, and Columbia's Ellery Queen. Charlotte Wynters retired in 1955.
