Made her Broadway debut in the 1994 revival of Grease and subsequently appeared in Seussical (2001) and Fiddler on the Roof (2005). She also produced Boy George's autobiographical
Earned six Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Talk Show Host for The Rosie O'Donnell Show (on air from 1996-2002) and five for Outstanding Talk Show as the program's executive producer.
Published a memoir titled Find Me in 2002.
In 2003, she was sued by the publishers of her magazine, Rosie, for resigning; responded by countersuing. A judge determined neither party deserved damages.
