Singer/actress Lillian Hayman spent most of her career on Broadway, where she won a Tony for her work in the musical Hallelujah, Baby! (1968). On television, she played Sadie Gray on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live and, in 1969, appeared regularly on the Leslie Uggams Show. Hayman only rarely appeared in feature films, beginning with Gone Are the Days (1963).
