Polish filmmaker Jerzy Hoffman and his long-time partner Edward Skorzewski made several distinguished feature films and documentaries in the '50s, '60s and '70s. Hoffman received his education at the State Film Institute, Moscow. He and Skorzewski worked together until the mid-'609s when Hoffman struck out on his own.
