Noted novelist, screenwriter and producer Robert Alan Aurthur is best known for writing a history of the Third Marine Division. He went on to write many short stories and novels. In addition, he produced and penned a few plays and was behind many television dramas. He wrote or co-wrote screenplays for such films as Warlock (1959) and All That Jazz (1978).
