Award-winning veteran TV producer and executive who became the youngest producer on TV when he took over the reins of "The Garry Moore Show" in 1958 at age 28. Most closely associated with the TV career of his then-wife Carol Burnett, Hamilton is best remembered for her award-winning TV specials including "Julie and Carol at Carnegie Hall", "Calamity Jane" and "Once Upon a Mattress" as well as her long-running hit TV series "The Carol Burnett Show" and "Carol & Company". He also produced series for long-time Burnett associates Vicki Lawrence, Tim Conway and Ken Berry.
