He has had larger roles in smaller films such as "Critical Condition" (1987), "Raising Arizona" (1987), "Buy and Cell" (1988), "Collision Course" (1990) and "Raw Nerve" (1991). Cobb has also appeared in several successful but critically-derided comedies, including "Police Academy Four: Citizens on Patrol" (1987) and "Ernest Goes to Jail" (1990). He has also made appearances on about a dozen TV shows.
