On the sci-fi series "Space: Above and Beyond" (Fox, 1995-96) Rowland played an "In Vitro"--a member of an artificially bred race who is subject to a lifetime of prejudice. The actor followed up with a regular role on the syndicated series "Pensacola: Wings of Gold" (1997-1998). With a handful of TV-movie credits including "Hearts Adrift" (USA Network, 1996) and "A Crime of Passion" (CBS, 1999), Rowland appeared in the feature romantic comedy "Just Looking" (1996) and the Arnold Schwarzenegger actioner "The 6th Day" (2000).
