Mike Myers knows a thing or two about hosting and his fans on the red carpet couldn’t wait to get inside to see what the comedic genius had in store.
Rainn Wilson on his advice for Myers:
“Be hysterically funny and incredibly sexy and charismatic and pull everything together into a unified theme. And make it look effortless. That’s my advice for him.”
Verne Troyer on his friend’s second time hosting:
“He’s going to be great. He’s going to be funny. I’ve seen part of the show already and everybody is going to love him.”
Doug Benson on Myers “gentle” comedy:
“I think he’s going to be great. He’s a perfectionist and he works really hard I think he’s going to put on a show I think it is going to be really fun…I’ll be shocked if says anything mean about anybody, but he’ll still find a way to be funny about movies and stars and all that stuff. His comedy is much more gentle than [Sarah Silverman’s].”
