Filth and Wisdom

Genre: Comedy, Foreign

Release Date: October 17

Cast: Eugene Hutz, Holly Weston, Vicky McClure

Scoop: Andriy Krystiyan, a.k.a. A.K. (Eugene Hutz) has come to England from the Ukraine. A. K. is a "philosopher," a poet, and an authority on all aspects of life--and his grand plan is to become an international star. A. K. shares a flat with two young women--Juliette, a hopeful Florence Nightingale of the developing world, and Holly, a trained ballerina, who dreams of dancing with the Royal Ballet, but continues to 'polish' her skills as a pole dancer at a gentleman's club.

If a Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words, We Say:  Curious 'stache on the lead, and... Okay, look, we'll admit--this is simply one of our plucks because Madonna directed it. End of story ... A high-profile, heady husband and wife celeb duo releasing their films within a week of each other? Hmmm? Can we please ask to be excused from the dinner table?

Snapshot Prediction: 3 out of 5 stars
