Scoop: Self-indulgent Chloe (Drew Barrymore), a diamond-clad Beverly Hills Chihuahua, hardly notices Papi (George Lopez), a tough-looking Chihuahua who's head-over-paws for the pampered pooch. But when Chloe gets lost in the rough streets of Mexico with only a street-wise German Shepherd to help her find her way home, Papi heads south of the border--joining forces with a motley crew to rescue his true love.
If a Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words, We Say: Voice-over, cutesy pet movies--we're scuuured! And perhaps worse--a posh pooch? Could be rote studio fare to watch, by the look of this photo. But there should be at least a few guilty pleasure gems for pet lovers, pre-tweens, and stoners.
