Scoop: A man is struck blind, as is each person he encounters, who will then suffer the same unsettling fate. As it spreads, panic and paranoia set in across the city. The newly blind victims of the “White Sickness” are rounded up and quarantined within an abandoned mental asylum, where all semblance of ordinary life soon breaks down.

This couple appears to be on the brink of despair--an emotion which Julianne Moore sure knows how to work! We'll give it a chance.
