Napoleon (Jon Heder) becomes fast friends with new kid Pedro (Efren Ramirez) as they struggle with life and love in rural Idaho. Whether it’s baking cakes or drawing pictures for the hot girls at school, they just can’t get it right. That’s OK, where they strike out with the popular crowd they make up tenfold with their friend Deb (Tina Majorino) and the rest of the kids. Vote for Pedro!
