Scoop: John Grogan (Wilson), a columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer, moves to Miami with his wife Jenny (Aniston) for a newspaper job. The couple adopts Marley, a yellow Labrador retriever, in order to give them a taste of parenthood, but the dog proves to be a hyperactive handful.
If a Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words, We Say: Frosty shouldn't get the guillotine this month. But maybe Marley's trying to save him from doing any more scenes, in what looks like could be another schmaltzy holiday pleaser. The verdict is out on this one.
