KEIRA IS BOTH BEAUTIFUL AND DAMNED

Keira Knightley will be perfect as Zelda Sayre in a big-screen version of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Beautiful and the Damned. The period drama is based on the tempestuous relationship between Fitzgerald and his mentally unstable (but I’m sure loads of fun) wife Zelda. It will be helmed by John Curran, whose credits include The Painted Veil and We Don't Live Here Anymore. Fitzgerald is getting some love these days. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is based on one of his short storiesl and there is the recent news that Baz Luhrmann is aiming to turn The Great Gatsby into a new film. Against my advice.
