The title bros are more Ocean's 11/12/13 villainous than, say, Freddie Kreugerish, but bad guys are bad guys. The Blooms are masterful con men who have made a killing by cheating people out of their money, and they’re set to retire after one gigantic, globe-spanning scam. Kinda like Bernie Madoff, only with a plan to stop.
