Burn Notice Mid-Season Premiere

Ah, we've missed you since that bomb went off on your front door, Michael Weston. That was September — and 'course, we later spotted Jeffrey Donovan, who plays Weston, as the despicable nay-sayin' cop to Angelina Jolie in Changeling — and now, in January, we pick up where the bomb left (or went) off. Michael, still a blacklisted spy stuck in Miami, will come to realize that Carla (the impressive Tricia Helfer) wasn't behind the planted explosive, and as ever, he's forced to work with the very d-bags that burned him just to figure out what the F-bomb is going on. Meanwhile, he attempts to expose scam artists taking advantage of parents with dying children — promising the medicine with the "cure" and the hefty price tag. By episode's end, we'll understand how this side case impacts Michael's overall quest to find out who wants him dead. YESTERDAY'S DO-IT: Back to the island for the Lost-aways!
