Heroes Finale
(Monday, Apr. 27, 2009)

In less than two weeks, Zachary Quinto will make his public transformation from Sylar to Spock. So, you know, maybe it's best that we lay Sylar to rest … at least for season 3 (or what's better known as "Volume 4: Fugitives"). We leave the definition of "to rest" a nebulous one, but we will say: Expect death (probably not who you think). Expect resurrection (in a sort-of-dead, sort-of-not-way). Plus, there's a heck of a lot of action tonight as Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) attempts to pounce on Sylar to derail his attempts to meet with the President (Michael Dorn). Hiro (Masi Oka) must deal with the hang-ups to having his superability back, while Matt (Greg Grunberg) is coerced to extraordinary circumstances to protect his future with his family. Given the way tonight's episode ends, we should be prepared for an important return — something that should work very well for the Heroes series we first fell in love with.

LAST FRIDAY'S DO-IT: 90 minutes of Mike Tyson, heck yeah!
