House
(Monday, Jan. 19, 2009)
Dr. House's move to Monday nights (8PM ET/PT) will easily make him the reluctant anti-hunk of the beginning of the week — it's not Chuck Bass, that's for sure. Post-winter hiatus, House (Hugh Laurie) is forced to take in a suicidal patient who suffers from severe chronic pain … and nobody knows what's causing it. It could just be that the man is a whack job, but the Princeton-Plainsboro clan hardly wants to clean up a sticky suicide. Tonight, we get to watch the tormented House wince at the whacked-out man enduring the kind of prolonged pain he knows all too well. In between Laurie's groans 'n' grumps, we get to see the growing complications of the sexual tension between Foreman (Omar Epps) and Thirteen (Olivia Wilde) as they put their lab coats on and attempt to "work," solving the Huntington's disease clinical drug trial.
